The commandant of the Kaduna State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Idris Yahaya Adah, has ordered a 24-hour security
patrol across the 23 local government areas of Kaduna to ensure the safety of the lives and property of residents of the state.
