NRC to resume two trips on Abuja-Kaduna train Sunday
Recall that in January this year, the PUNCH reported that the Abuja-Kaduna train detailed in Kubwa led to the reduction of trips on the rail corridor.
But a statement on Saturday by the NRC management stated that the train service will resume on Sunday, 4th June 2023. The NRC apologises to its esteemed passengers for any inconvenience they might have experienced as a result of the temporary reduction in train service. The NRC assures its passengers of their safety with the implementation of certain measures such as social distancing and regular sanitation.
The statement reads, “The Board and Management of Nigerian Railway Corporation NRC is pleased to announce the recommencement of two additional train trips on Abuja-Kaduna Train Service which were suspended.”
