Greater Darwin will exit a snap lockdown at midday on Thursday as initially scheduled while Katherine is set to stay locked down for a further 24 hours.

Chief Minister Michael Gunner confirmed the move on Thursday morning, announcing zero new local COVID-19 cases were recorded overnight out of 2,403 tests conducted in the past 24 hours.
