Darwin was in the middle of a big party, but now it's in lockdown

The next few August nights in Darwin were supposed to be fully of sweaty people dancing in and around the city. A three-day lockdown has now has a party-ready town in hibernation.

Its second, announced yesterday after a man who travelled from interstate and spent three nights in Darwin tested positive for coronavirus, has taken hold during the city's largest cultural event.
