Sani urged all stakeholders to take ownership of the roads and ensure their proper maintenance.

“Well-constructed roads are the backbone of economic activities, enhancing transportation, connecting people and businesses, and connecting farmers and citizens to markets, schools, and healthcare facilities,” he said. “Let us work together to ensure they are well-maintained and utilised to their fullest potential. These roads are not just for transportation; they are conduits for economic growth, social interaction, and community development,” he said.
“While a number of these projects have already been successfully completed, the remaining ones are progressing steadily towards completion.”
