A new report has stated that Nigeria can solve brain drain in Nigeria and shortage of skills in Europe using the Global Skill Partnership model.

The report produced by World Bank and the Center for Global Development titled ‘Expanding Legal Migration Pathways from Nigeria to Europe: From Brain Drain to Brain Gain’ showed how the Global Skill Partnership model could be used to meet needs of Nigeria and Europe. The report estimated that the country needed to invest $3tn in the next 30 years to close existing gaps in infrastructure.
