Hundreds of civil servants in Benue State were locked out of their offices for late coming during an unscheduled visit by Governor Hyacinth Alia. The governor expressed disappointment at the low turnout and warned of sanctions for workers who fail to meet their job responsibilities.
The workers were said to have been locked out following a visit by the state governor, Hyacinth Alia on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
