Nigeria police has arrested former Navy officer Muhammed Tunde who specialises in recruiting armed gangs to beat up offenders for a service fee of N20,000.

Jigawa State Governor, Umar A. Namadi, has suspended Aminu Kanta, the Commissioner for Commerce, over allegations of financial misconduct in the government's Ramadan Free Feeding programme.
