The Yobe State Government said it will not hesitate to remove any structure built without prior authorisation across the state.
According to the statement, YOGIS, as a regulatory body responsible for land administration and development control, emphasised the importance of adhering to the established guidelines and procedures. “YOGIS will take decisive actions to ensure compliance with these regulations. Any temporary structure found to be in violation of the permit requirements will be promptly removed”, the agency warned.
