Uba Sani, governor of Kaduna, has appointed Samuel Aruwan as new administrator of the Kaduna Capital Territory Authority (KCTA).

The Kaduna governor tasked Aruwan to deploy his skills and knowledge in management to take KCTA to a greater height. “Samuel Aruwan is the immediate past/pioneer commissioner, ministry of internal security and home affairs, Kaduna state. A graduate of Mass Communication, he had over a decade of experience in the media before joining the public service in 2015.
