Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing two Katsina indigenes
to key leadership roles at the Sokoto-Rima River Basin Development Authority .
Governor Radda highlighted Badru’s expertise, stating, “His proven track record in managing complex regional operations and agricultural financing will be invaluable to the Authority’s mission.” Abubakar Ibrahim Dutsin-ma has been appointed Executive Director of Finance, bringing a wealth of public sector experience.
Currently pursuing an MBA in Agribusiness Management at the Rome Business School, Abubakar’s contributions were commended by Governor Radda, who said, “His leadership and expertise will significantly enhance the Authority’s financial operations.”
