Former students of the Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State, have called on President Muhammadu Buhari to urgently sign the dichotomy bill between the Bachelor’s Degree and Higher National Diploma (HND) into law.
‘‘We are calling on the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a matter of urgency to sign the dichotomy bill into law.
