A Scots homeless man says he is living on the streets of Edinburgh with his mum's ashes after missing a DWP appointment.
He told Edinburgh Live: “They sent me a letter in the mail, but I didn’t see it until after the appointment was scheduled. I couldn’t pay my rent so now I’m sleeping on a friend’s couch." "I think maybe it’s because if I do it, I might end up forgetting her. Some people have told me to get a locket and put some of the ashes in there, and that way she’s always with you." Doctors prescribed medication to treat the condition, but Ronnie struggles to take the tablets because they must be taken with food.Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
