Tens of thousands of Scots have gathered in the city centre before the game this afternoon.

Cologne's biggest square has been cordoned off due to overcrowding fears after Scotland fans descended onto the city ahead of the match against Switzerland tonight.

Those without tickets are expected to watch from the city's fan zone near the Alter Markt square, where fans started gathering this morning. Clarke was clear and concise in his media conference at the Cologne Stadium as he surveyed the Swiss challenge. "The players want to go back and play better and I think that is pretty standard when you play so poorly and let yourself down.

Clarke targeted four points from the final two group games after the Germany defeat but insists only victory is on his mind on matchday two.
