he two Pilots of Caverton Helicopters alongside ten passengers on board the aircraft were arrested in April by the state taskforce on COVID-19 restriction of movement for the violation of the state government Executive Order on inter-state movement.
The Rivers state government said that it has withdrawn and discontinued the two separate charges preferred against the two pilots of Caverton Helicopters Ltd and the 10 passengers on board before the Port Harcourt Chief Magistrates’ Court.
