Queensland's Deputy Premier Steven Miles has announced that QR codes will now be added to 20,000 rideshare, taxis and limousines as the state recorded another day of zero cases.

The state recorded 9,918 tests in the past 24 hours with just 39 active cases after 12 people were released from isolation.

Queensland Health administered 13,036 in the past 24 hours taking the total number of vaccinations to more than 3 million in the state. On Sunday the deputy premier announced an expansion of the QR code to include taxis, limousines and rideshare vehicles.
