Operatives from Abraka Police Station in Abraka community, Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State, on routine patrol along Campus 3 of the
Delta State University, DELSE, have killed a suspected kidnapper and arrested another with serious gunshot injuries during an exchange of gunfire.
He said the police led by the Divisional Police Officer,SP Fabian Ayameh were alerted that a gang of four armed men were operating in a silver-coloured Lexus SUV with reg. no. KSF 315 HF On 11/06/2023 at about 2109hrs. “The suspects, noticing that the policemen were closing in on them, fired gunshots while trying to escape, and the police responded bravely.
