The minors, both 13, who are from Digge village via Jamari in Dukku Local Council of Gombe State, allegedly beat the 17-year-old victim with sticks before stabbing him to death.

Gombe State Police Command, yesterday, paraded two minors, Buba Ya’u and Abdulrahman Hassan, both 13, for allegedly killing 17-year-old Adamu Yusuf.

The Command’s spokesperson, Mahid Muazu Abubakar, who briefed newsmen yesterday, said: “On Friday, one Adamu Jabbo of Ngalda Fika Local Council, lodged a complaint that the suspects attacked and beat his son, Yusufu of Gadum village in Dukku council. “He was later referred to the Federal Teaching Hospital, Gombe, for further medical treatment. The victim was later confirmed dead by a medical doctor, while receiving treatment. The case would be charged to court for prosecution.”

“Upon receipt of the complaint, police operatives activated its intelligence platform and traced the hideouts of the suspected kidnappers.
