The Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate during the February 25 general election, Peter Obi has congratulated Miss Ifeoma Amuche, a Nigerian student
Amuche delivered a valedictory speech in Chinese on behalf of the graduating students at South West University.
Reacting to her achievement, Obi said she had brought honour to Nigeria and established herself globally through her outstanding academic results. In a statement via her Twitter handle on Friday, the former Anambra State governor affirmed that every Nigerian youth could attain their full potential if the nation made the right educational investments.
“I congratulate Miss Ifeoma Amuche, a Nigerian student who recently emerged as the Best Graduating Student at South West University, China. It takes immeasurable hard work and dedication to achieve such an academic feat and stand out from the crowd. “You have, by your outstanding academic results, brought honour to our nation and established yourself on the global stage. As a firm believer in education, I know there are no limits to how far one can go by taking their education seriously,” part of his statement read.
