The Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has approved the appointment of Prof. Kenneth Kalu as Secretary to the State Government.
The statement added that Dr. Ngozi Okoronkwo has been made special adviser to the governor on Health Care Delivery Services.
Otti also appointed Mr. Kazie Ukoh as his Chief Press Secretary, Mrs. Njum Onyemenam, Accountant General of the state while Mr. Ogbonnia Okereke was appointed as Head, Special Taskfore on Emergency Cleanup of Aba and Umuahia, the state capital.All rights reserved.
