Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has appointed Prof Kenneth Kalu as the Secretary to the State government.
The Governor also appointed Pastor Caleb Ajagba as Chief of Staff to the Governor and Dr Ngozi Okoronkwo as Special Adviser on Healthcare Delivery Services. The appointments were made known in a statement signed by Mr Ferdinand Ekeoma, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, on Monday evening.
Otti also appointed Mr Ferdinand Ekeoma as his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity and Mr Kazie Ukoh as his Chief Press Secretary. Others are Mrs Njum Onyemenam, Accountant General of the State and Mr. Ogbonnia Okereke , Head, Special Taskforce on Emergency Cleanup of Aba and Umuahia.
