The Olukere of Ikere Ekiti, Ganiyu Obasoyin, has expressed disagreement with calls for secession in some parts of the country.

Olukere said, “I am not in support of dividing this country; I am not in agreement with that. In terms of security, we all should join hands to make sure that our people are secured.

“On that note, I will appeal to the Federal Government to see reason, give this man freedom, if possible, invite him, if there are things he can add to the government to make the country secure, let him give the government his own ideas instead of pursuing him all over the place like a criminal. All rights reserved.
