The governor spoke in Lagos at the 40th anniversary of a leading social cultural organisation, Etsako Club 81 and the unveiling of Etsako Club 81 Cultural and Vocational Centre, a world class multipurpose edifice under construction in Auchi.The governor, who was represented by his deputy, Philip Shaibu, said the federal government could not be building infrastructures to neighbouring countries while its roads are in deplorable state, endangering the lives of its citizens.
