The Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission on Tuesday announced the promotion of 195 employees in order to avert any form of industrial action by some agitated workers.
He was quoted in a statement issued in Abuja as saying, “I have ensured immediate approval for promotion of 195 union staff who have been stagnated in the defunct Department of Petroleum Resources.
