Chiamaka Nnadozie has been listed among the final three nominees for the 2024 CAF Women’s Player of the Year award
Chiamaka Nnadozie is a step closer to becoming the first goalkeeper to win CAF women's best player award
The African football governing body announced the top echelon of candidates for the coveted award on Thursday. The award is set to have a different winner from Asisat Oshoala since 2018. The Super Falcons striker won the awardNnadozie also made the top three final list for the goalkeeper of the year. The 24-year-old won the award in 2023.
The award winner will be revealed on December 16 at the 2024 CAF Awards ceremony billed for the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech, Morocco.
