The states are Enugu, Kaduna, Kogi, Niger, Kwara, Nasarawa, Taraba, Benue, FCT, Kogi, Kaduna, Jigawa, Enugu, Cross River, Bayelsa and Kebbi. 5. Chris Ngige, Minister of Labour, says he has warned his children who are medical doctors to stay off the ongoing strike which he described as “nonsense”. Speaking on Channels Television’s program on Friday night, Ngige said he has a son and daughter who are practising doctors. He vowed to invoke his powers against the doctors if they continue with the strike.

7. A number of bandits’ camps in Zamfara State were destroyed in multiple airstrikes by the Nigerian Air Force . Director of Information, Air Commodore Edward Gabwet in a statement said the assault by the Air and Ground Component of Operation Hadarin Daji was successful.
