The Head of Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, has called for improved service delivery and the fostering of a culture of accountability and efficiency among civil servants in the new year. The HCSF made this statement in her goodwill message to Nigeria n workers to mark the New Year celebration. She thanked the workers for what she described as their unwavering dedication and professionalism over the past five months since she came into office.

Walson-Jack noted that by working collaboratively and embracing opportunities for growth, civil servants can create a world-class Civil Service that drives accelerated national development. 'Together, we can build a service that inspires the exclamation, 'Unbelievable! Wow!'
