The death of Friends star Matthew Perry has been ruled an accident from the 'acute effects of ketamine', the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner confirmed.

Chilling new details have emerged from the investigation into Perry's overdose, including the events that prosecutors say transpired just after he died, via People. On the day of his death, Perry requested a dose of ketamine from Iwamasa at 8:30 am, according to legal documents filed by the prosecution.
Iwamasa allegedly spoke to Fleming afterwards and informed him he had cleared away evidence of paraphernalia including syringes and vials, per court documents. New details drawn from unsealed federal court documents and a medical examiner's investigation provide a chronological look at the end of Perry's life.
