The Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) has said many Nigerians have accepted the usage of the e-Naira platform as a means of payment for goods and services.   It said it has carried out sensitisation tour of the eNaira benefits to traditional rulers, market places and higher institutions of learning.   Acting Controller of CBN, Akure Branch, Mr. Samuel Giwa, spoke when the apex bank took the eNaira sensitization campaign to the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). Giwa, who unveiled some students of the institution as the bank’s eNaira Ambassadors, said the introduction of digital currency was because of its enormous benefits.   He said the training of the Ambassadors was to ensure students imbibed and embraced the cashless policy.   According to him: “We have gone to markets and traditional rulers.
