Lilian helped Sam Nelly FC win the Benin Republic Women’s League last weekend.She admitted that it is important for her to keep working hard to get recognized by Nigerian coaches.
“I am not very popular back in Nigeria and so it will take hardwork and good performances to earn a call-up to play for Nigeria,” the former Ibom Angels FC shot-stopper told Sportsration. “It will always be an honour to represent Nigeria so surely if the opportunity comes, I will grab it.”
