A Delta State High Court sitting in Asaba has commenced hearing on a case challenging the emergence of Tsola Emiko as the Olu of Warri designate, saying it will be unfair if justice is taken without due consideration of what the law says regarding kingship tussle in the state.
Justice Okolosi, who said since there was no motion for interlocutory injunction in the case, therefore, adjourned the matter till October 12, 2021, for mentioning, and October 26, 2021 for continuation of the hearing.
