The Lagos State Government through the state Valuation Office has disclosed its plan to commence a valuation of the fixed asset properties of the Lagos State Waterways Authority across the state.
“The exercise will be carried out within two days by the office in collaboration with two consultants, and about eight locations including terminals, jetties, control rooms, and landings of LASWA are to be assessed.
“The primary objective of the exercise is to identify and locate all properties, plants, and equipment of LASWA, ascertain their condition, determine their economic worth in monetary terms, and proffer recommendations for optimising usage of such assets.”All rights reserved.
