The Lagos State Government has vowed to unravel the cartel behind fake building plan approvals in the state and ensure their prosecution in line

The state’s Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Idris Salako, stated this during an enforcement operation in Pinnock Estate in the Osapa London axis of Lekki.

The commissioner, who decried such behaviour, urged owners of the sealed property to come forth with the planning permit authorising their building construction. He emphasised that the government would not hesitate to bring any erring developer and property-owner to book.
