Tension has heightened in various parts of Enugu following alleged sporadic shootings by hoodlums suspected to be enforcing the one week Sit- At-Home order.
Sources disclosed that the hoodlums shot sporadically around Trans Ekulu, adding that shortly after they shot on air, soldiers pushed them but they managed to escape.
It was further discovered that all the markets including Ogbete and Kenyatta markets were shut down over the sporadic shootings. He, however, called on the government to provide enough security personnel at strategic positions to tackle the hoodlums.
