Real estate practitioners have encouraged youths to explore opportunities in the real estate sector instead of migrating and craving for drastic.

“Is it the brain drain of apostles? Is it the impatient youths who want to ride G – Wagon immediately? Is it the drug addict generation? The average Nigerian youth wants to experiment with drugs and gets hooked.

“Let us renew our faith in Nigeria. You can be the good person you want to be and achieve what you want to achieve. “If I can do it with Pelican Valley without stealing, any young Nigerian can do the same if you have the patience and perseverance. Nigeria is full of wealth and resources. Look at Dangote, look at Femi Otedola. They attained great success by perseverance and believing in Nigeria,” Adeyemo said.

Another realtor, Omotayo Yusuf, noted that there were lots of opportunities in the real estate sector for youths running away from the country, describing that the sector as one anybody could start with little or no experience. He said, “You don’t need any certification to be a realtor in Nigeria but formal education is an added advantage. Real estate is one of the most secure jobs you can ever have because you can decide to consult for different companies and you work at your pace.”All rights reserved.
