Hollywood studio Warner Bros. has recently released a new trailer for ‘Just Mercy’, based on a memoir by attorney Bryan Stevenson.

The Destin Daniel Cretton-directed movie centers on the real-life story of Walter McMillian , who’s in prison for the murder of an 18-year-old woman despite evidence proving his innocence. Michael B. Jordan plays Stevenson, a young attorney and Harvard graduate who takes his talents to Alabama to defend the wrongly condemned and/or those without proper legal reps, McMillian included.

Brie Larson, Rob Morgan, Tim Blake Nelson, Rafe Spall, and O’Shea Jackson also star. The script was co-penned by Cretton with Andrew Lanham and is, as previously mentioned, based on Stevenson’s Just Mercy: A Story of Justice and Redemption.Watch the latest trailer for ‘Just Mercy’ via YouTube below;
