My understanding of the digitalisation of any process like the JAMB exam, if it's pro-people and not excessively profit-driven, is to make it easier and better. Why unleash many unscrupulous commercial agents acting as JAMB - candidates' middlemen on these young citizens annually just to make a profit for JAMB and its allies?
I always pity these candidates and their parents swarming business centres to check their results, buy scratch cards, and download and upload up and down.
It's unfair. Honestly, I don't know how some people think that every service rendered by the government and its agencies must always come with pains. That's nonsensical and not a global truth.I look forward to the day JAMB will boycott its business allies and start sending results directly to its candidates via sms and email addresses in pdf format. In fact, the day when students will sit their exams at home digitally too will be wonderful.
