Ride-hailing firm Angkas recently refined its mobile application, with improvements and features seen to satisfy the government’s new guidelines on motorcycle safety.
The app also said that “heavy” passengers may be denied— as the new rules require riders not to be paired with passengers they may not be able to carry.
