Group task govt, CSOs to educate street scavengers on hygiene

A Non-governmental Organization, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Media Network in Bauchi state has tasked state government and Civil Society Organizations to educate street scavengers, especially children, on hygiene and the use of protective materials to avert spread of diseases.David Ayodele, who made the call in Bauchi said that many scavengers at one point suffered from various illnesses associated with pollution from dumpsites.
