Nigeria losing billions to oil theft, CSOs tell Reps
Twenty six civil society organisations say Nigeria is losing billions annually more than what is being officially reported by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, the oil major and security agencies. They said this yesterday in their presentation to the House of Representatives Ad-hoc Committee on Crude Oil Theft.
