Mr Samuel Fadeyi, the Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) in Cross River says the corps has deployed no fewer than 2,670
Fadeyi who made this known on Thursday said the move was to provide adequate security during the Governorship and House of Assembly elections in the state.
The commandant urged men and officers of the corps on election duty to exude a high level of professionalism and integrity during the polls. ”Resist any attempt by politicians to use you to cause violence, anyone caught will face the wrath of the law,” he said.
