The Corps Marshal, Dauda Biu, of the Federal Road Safety Corps, has commended the patrol teams of the Osun State Sector Command for returning the sum of N27,171,400 recovered from an auto crash scene last week.
The Corps Marshal said the recovered N27m was returned to the victim’s family in the presence of the Divisional Police Officer, Ipetu-Ijesa, Seriki Owena; and the head of the Hausa community.
He added, “You will recall that two commercial vehicles, an Opel and a Toyota Sienna, were involved in the accident. The probable causes of the crash were dangerous driving and speeding.
