Former Ogun Head of Service, Lanre Bisiriyu dies [PHOTOS] via politicsngr
Following his demise, the former government official was buried at Muslim Burial Site, Opako Adigbe Abeokuta, Ogun State capital, in accordance with Islamic rites.
Until his death, Engr. Bisiriyu was the National President of the Egba Comprehensive High School, Asero, Abeokuta Old Students Association and a member of the school’s 1977 set. He was also a one-time Clerk of the Ogun State House of Assembly and erstwhile Permanent Secretary of Special Duties. Reacting to Bisiriyu’s exit, Governor Dapo Abiodun in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary , Kunle Somorin, said his death is a great loss to Ogun State.
“His acumen, good character, humane disposition and unassuming personality, endeared him to our team”, the statement reads in part.
