Tiny rain chances today give way to more scattered showers and storms by the weekend.
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - More heat in store as we move through the remainder of this week and into the weekend ahead. Not only does the heat stick around but the humid, muggy factor is on the rise and will really be noticed again Thursday and that will remain in place Friday and this weekend. To go along with the increased humidity will be the rise in rain chances… becoming more scattered in nature Friday through Sunday.
Thursday is when we will really notice the humid factor increasing. Skies will be partly to mostly sunny during the day and winds will start to transition from the north Wednesday back to the east by Thursday. Rain chances will also be isolated to scattered in nature during the day, diminishing in coverage by sunset and later. Lows will be mild in the middle 70s under a fair sky. Coverage of rain does look higher on Thursday compared to Wednesday.
