He said, “The project is almost completed and will be inaugurated few weeks to this time. High quality building materials were used for the execution of the project. So it is of high quality.”
Akin-Benson specifically commended the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari and the Minister of Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola, as well as the management of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria for their commitment to solving challenges in the sector through right investment. He said the company would consistently sustain good relationship between it and other stakeholders by executing Federal Government’s housing projects awarded to it according to specification.
In his remarks, the former Minister, Adetokunbo Kayode, has applauded the Federal Government for the execution of the ongoing project. He noted that such investment if well implemented, would greatly reduce high cost of house rent in most states.
