She also said that a former Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission . Prof. Peter Okebukola, would chair the lecture while two academics would be conferred honorary doctorate degrees. President Bola Tinubu has invited countries worldwide, especially those on the African continent, to take advantage of investment opportunities in Nigeria’s blue economy.
