Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag has singled out Antony as the player capable of hurting Liverpool when both sides meet in the Premier League on Sunday. Manchester United will host title chasers, Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The Reds will return to the summit of the English topflight with a win over their lifelong rivals. Arsenal currently occupy the number one position in the league with just one point separating them from Liverpool and champions, Manchester City. A win will boost Jurgen Klopp's hope of departing the Premier League triumphantly, as he leaves Anfield at the end of the season.
But Ten Hag feels that Liverpool would have Brazilian star Antony to contend with following his blistering showing in their 4-3 defeat to Chelsea last weekend. 'I know he is capable of playing like he did vs Chelsea, I saw him do it so often at Ajax,' he told reporters ahead of the game. 'Here we saw it at the start during the first matches, then intermittently like against Barcelona, but he is capable of it'.
