West Ham United manager, David Moyes, has hailed Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea for his outstanding performance in his team’s Premier League 1-0 victory against the Hammers on Sunday.Man United moved to fifth position in the Premier League table after beating West Ham at Old Trafford, thanks to Marcus Rashford’s diving header.
However, De Gea produced a masterclass between the sticks during the match to register his fifth Premier League clean sheet of the season. The 31-year-old pulled off four saves in the match, including crucial reaction saves off Kurt Zouma and Declan Rice in the second half. Speaking to Sky Sports, Moyes singled out De Gea, saying: “We know what a great keeper De Gea is, he was during my time here, and we hoped he would not save one of those two chances.Related Topics:
