The Action Alliance, AA, has asked the Enugu State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal to nullify the declaration of Peter Mbah of the Peoples

A copy of the AA’s Petition was acknowledged by the Tribunal on April 12, 2023.

In the suit filed through its lawyer, John C. Nwobodo, the AA is praying the Tribunal to nullify Mbah’s victory on the grounds of non-compliance with the Electoral Act and other relevant guidelines.
