Enugu State Chapter of All progressive Congress on Thursday appealed to a former Senate President, Ken Nnamani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, a former governor of the state, Sullivan Chime, and other stakeholders to halt the coup d’etat against legacy foundation members of the defunct Congress for Progress Change, All Nigeria Peoples Party and Action Congress of Nigeria.
The statement partly read, “We are appealing, as one of the oldest politicians in the APC Enugu State, who had thought that the entry of such prominent persons as His Excellencies Nnamani, Chime and Onyeama, among other high profile personalities, into the Enugu State chapter of the APC will give electoral victory to the party in the state.
